Users are people who have access to the ViewpointOne™ platform. They can be added from your ERP system (Vista or Spectrum) users or invited from other organizations.

You can create, un-invite, disable, and edit access for users. You can also resend invitations and re-enable users to restore their access to Team.

To invite a user from another organization, you must add them as a contact on a project in Team. Once they have been added as a contact, you can invite them to create a login for the ViewpointOne™ platform. Invited users from other organizations are automatically given the lowest level user access and are further limited by the project role assigned.

Spectrum cost center security applies to users added from Spectrum.
