Project Roles

When invited to a project in Team, a contact is assigned a project role, which determines the level of access, or permissions, for that contact. The assigned role controls what the contact can see and do in the project.

Note: The following table describes the default permissions for each role. However, you can change permissions for some roles by restricting a role based on RFI type or Issue type. For details on restricting a role based on RFI type, see step 6, "Restrict Role: By Request For Info Type" in Set RFI Defaults for a Project. For details on restricting a role based on Issue type, see step 6, "Restrict Role: By Issue Type," in Set Issue Defaults for a Project.
