Delete a Status Code

You can delete a status code to remove it from your enterprise by going to Admin Center > Enterprise Settings > Status Codes > Delete.

Note: If you wish to keep the status code but make it unavailable for use, you can deactivate the status code instead of deleting it. For details, see Deactivate a Status Code.
  1. Click on your name in the upper right corner and select Admin Center.
    Note: If you don't see Admin Center, you have not been set up as an administrator. Contact your System Administrator for assistance.

    If you have more than one enterprise, select it from the Admin Center list.

    The selected Enterprise tab appears.
  2. Click the Enterprise Settings tab and select Status Codes.
  3. Select the status code you wish to delete and then click the Delete button .
    A confirmation message appears.
  4. Click Delete to remove the status code.
