Enable Forms

Enterprise Admins can enable forms for their enterprise by going to Admin Center > Modules > Settings.

Enterprise Admins can also then select which individual projects then have forms enabled within their enterprise.

  1. If you haven't already, log in to the ViewpointOne™ platform.
  2. Click on your name in the upper right corner and select Admin Center.
    Note: If you don't see Admin Center, you have not been set up as an administrator. Contact your System Administrator for assistance.

    If you have more than one enterprise, select it from the Admin Center list.

    The selected Enterprise tab appears.
  3. Go to the Modules tab.
  4. Select Settings.
    The Module Settings page appears.
  5. Under Team Project Management, on the Forms row, select the More button .
  6. Select Activate.
    The system notifies you that you have successfully activated forms for all projects within the enterprise.
Enterprise admins and project admins can then disable forms for individual projects within the enterprise by going to Projects > Manage All Projects and deselecting the check box in the Project Forms column of the Projects List page.
